Q: How do I receive my in-game items after purchase?
A: After completing your purchase, your in-game items will be automatically delivered to your account within roughly 2-5 minutes. If you do not receive your items, please contact our support team with your transaction details. There will be a format available to you via our Support system found on our forums!

Q: My account was compromised, can I transfer my purchased items to another account?
A: No, all purchases are bound to the account that made the purchase. Transferring items between accounts is not an action we will honor.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Currently we are accepting the following; Cash app, Venmo, Paypal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Steam Cash & Preloaded Vanilla Gift cards.

Q: Are there any discounts or promotions available?
A: Yes, we seasonally offer store-wide and promotions. If you are patient and low on cash, you are welcome to wait on better deals! Typically found during holidays or semester breaks, IE: Summer/Winter (Christmas).

Q: What should I do if I encounter a problem with my purchase?
A: In the occasion that PayPal delivers your payment for credits as a check, a week's processing time may take place, after which you would have to contact our support system through our forums. Q: Can I request a refund?
A: As stated in our Terms of Service, all purchases of virtual goods are final. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. Please ensure you review and receive testimonies about the virtual items you are attempting to purchase, most of which are cosmetic in nature.

Staff reserve the right to remove VIP job access from any player found abusing their role or repeatedly breaking server rules.
